The higher professional education obtained graduating from the University of Latvia Faculty of Law in 2001.
Master’s Degree (mag. iur.) graduating from the University of Latvia Faculty of Law in 2002.
From 2002 to 2004 – a PhD student in the University of Latvia Faculty of Law.

Member of the Latvian Bar Association

Since year 2004.
