Several attorneys of our office have significant experience in the provision of legal assistance in all types of transactions with real estate – acquisition, sale, rent, lease, management, mortgage crediting, construction. We carry out legal research of the property objects, drafting and editing of the agreements and other documents necessary for entering into transactions, recording of transactions in a land register.
We have represented the interests of constructors and commissioning parties in the legal security area of the construction process. We carry out legal research of the land plots for construction, conformity assessment of the planned construction to the construction regulations issued by local government, prepare designing, construction supervision, author’s supervision, construction agreements, represent the clients’ interests in negotiations. In disputed situations we represent the client’s interests in searching for out-of-court solutions and also in courts.
